Greenline™ Cabinets Construction & Hardware

Greenline^TM allows you to specify an innovative and planet friendly system of cabinets, countertops and interior trim made from high pressure laminates, melamines and certified sustainable-yield hardwood veneers bonded to formaldehyde free recycled agricultural fiber cores.

• Greenline^TM uses Woodstalk™ cores made with recycled wheat straw fibers instead of wood. Woodstalk™ panels are engineered to meet or exceed ANSI M-3 specifications using non-out-gassing isocyanurate resins, assuring you of a building interior package free of harmful out-gassing agents.
• Greenline^TM cabinets use hinges and drawer slides that are certified ISO 14001 certified. This tells you that the hardware manufacturer meets the highest standards of environmental safety.
• Greenline^TM countertops are available in a wide range of high pressure laminates and a variety of formed profiles and contoured splashes. All contoured laminate countertops are heat formed and bonded with non-toxic PVA glues to avoid volatile solvent emissions or out-gassing. Many other countertop materials are available including a 100% acrylic solid surface that carries an ISO 14001 certification and does not out-gas.

Adding to the superior strength and quality of the core is Greenline's™ engineered structural integrity. All cabinet backs are made from 1/2" melamine panels for rigidity and strength. All drawer bottoms are 1/2" melamine panels and are fastened directly to bottom-mount epoxy coated drawer slides that carry a lifetime warranty. Standard door hinges are furnished in 125 (standard) degree opening, clip mounted six-way adjustable, self closing, European hinges with a lifetime warranty. Hinges are also available in 170 and 270 degree models.
